Accommodation Policies


  • We are a family oriented property that maintains a high standard of cleanliness assuring our customers the very best in a vacation property rental.
  • Check-in after 4:00PM – Check out at 11.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve or check-in.
  • All vacation rentals are non-smoking.
  • All reservations must be secured by a valid credit card at time of booking.
  • 50% deposit before taxes at time of reservation.
  • Outstanding balance including taxes are paid upon check-in.
  • Please leave property in somewhat the same condition as when you arrived so the next guests can enjoy.
  • We have a 28 day cancellation policy for deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 28 days notice may receive credit for days that can be rebooked.
  • It is expected that guests clean their dishes and the BBQ, and the garbage is put out in bin prior to departure.
  • A $25.00 charge will be applied to guests credit card for pots, pans, dishes, utensils not cleaned or BBQ is left dirty and soiled.
  • Extra cleaning cost incurred due to reckless behaviour, negligence, smoking, etc. will be charged to guest’s credit card.
  • Any damage caused to the property or its contents by the guest will be charged to their credit card.
  • It is expected that management be informed of any damage prior to departure.
  • Out of respect for other guests staying on the property, we employ a quiet time policy after 10:30PM. Guests that do not comply to the policy may be asked to leave.
  • Excessive noise or other disturbances to other guests will result in eviction and remaining reservation days will be charged to guest’s credit card.
